All original content on Rayview, including reviews, articles, design, logos, and branding, is the property of Rayview and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Album artwork, artist images, and music used in reviews are the property of their respective owners and are used for commentary and criticism under fair use / fair dealing principles.
8. Moderation
We reserve the right to remove any user content that violates these terms, without prior notice. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
9. Disclaimer
Rayview is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Reviews and ratings represent the personal opinions of their authors. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the site.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rayview shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website.
